Nick had his last day of PreK today (5/20)!

The day it began.....and today it was done.

Kindergarten Visit!

Nick had his Kindergarten visit today (4/24)... While we are waiting to here if his transfer request was approved (if approved, he will be able to walk to a from our daycare providers), we got to visit the school in our district (?) which was pretty exciting!! He has changed SO much from when he first started pre-k - I can't even imagine what the next couple of years are going to be like!!

Catch Up

Wow, I am really behind on the whole blogging thing...so the following is going to be a real "batch process" of the past months events... I will try to not let this happen again =)

With T-ball starting up for Nick in a couple of months it was time to get out there and learn the basics! We had such a good time with all of us taking turns - running the 'bases' (trees) - being in the outfield...

Run Run Run!

The NEW trees are here!!

Slowly but surely we are pulling our yard together. While we still have to get the lawn up to par, and the garden is just getting started (box but no dirt), the pine trees along the perimeter are here - and what a difference they make! Nick - pulling from our excitement - wanted to have his picture taken with every tree (mean mommy stopped after 3 when she saw where he was taking this).
